A post-graduate with 30 years of working experience in Program Planning and Management, Project Management, Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, and General Administration. Possess significant experience in handling and managing projects on Health, Education, Trafficking, Child rights, Livelihood, Microfinance and women empowerment.
Responsible for formulating and executing the company's overall strategy and has been the architect of some of the new organization structures, which created multiple agile projects/assignments focusing on development sector as well as built strategic development units in order to pursue new initiatives with the ability to develop and mature new ideas.
Sharaf started as an entrepreneur since 2004 after spending a quality time with some of the esteemed international organizations like, OXFAM, SAHARA, CARE, DKT, etc. Sharaf has also driven the diversification drive that has seen the organization’s enter new verticals. All of these have matured into sizeable businesses under his mentorship and guidance. Sharaf has been positioned in several states during his tenure and also possess working experience of European, Middle east and South East Asian countries.

Addressing any issues or challenges that arise effectively and maintaining a positive company reputation.
As the secretary of Sharnam Seva Samiti, key tasks comprise of setting the Vision and Mission, Leading and Managing teams, Allocating Resources, and Building Relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners. Representing the organization's interests and advocate for policy changes that benefit the community, Identifying and securing funding opportunities to support the organization's activities.
Sharaf boasts a diverse career spanning leadership roles in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. With experience in business development, social research, and community development, they have successfully led organizations like Artifae Corporate Services and Social Consultancy Services. Their expertise includes strategic planning, team management, fundraising, and fostering impactful partnerships with organizations like UNICEF and the World Bank. They are also actively involved in community development initiatives, serving as Secretary of Sharnam Seva Samiti and contributing to the Lucknow University Alumni Foundation.
