Founder Partner of the Firm since it’s incorporation in the Year 2015. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years post-qualification experience in Audit, Taxation and Finance. Ritesh presently handles Income Tax Cases at Assessment and Appeal levels with Commissioner I.T. to Tribunal. He has represented in various Scrutiny cases of Income Tax for Corporate and Firms before I.T.O and A.C. Income Tax and also Appeal Cases of Individuals, Trust and Firms before CIT (Appeals).

He also works with Large Corporate groups in accounts & finance activities such as Accounts Finalization, Accounts Receivable / Payable Management, Audit Procedures and Reconciliation, finalizing of various accounts & liaising with internal & statutory auditors for conducting audits in compliance to the tax laws and ensuring timely payment and filing of returns. He also ensures adherence to companies act & preparation of returns and also forms under companies act. He supervises tax plans and also ensuring timely assessment, filing of direct & indirect tax returns in compliance with statutory tax laws and depositing TDS.

In his role as Firm’s Partner, Ritesh also handles overseas clients in their compliances with Indian Tax systems like filing Tax Returns of NRI, submitting various forms with Tax Authorities for their benefit of lowering Tax Deductions and advices them in respect of their Indian Tax Management.

In addition to above, Ritesh has significant knowledge and experience of Goods and Service Tax (GST) and Value Added Tax (VAT) of both Indian and U.A.E. Tax System and advices many clients of India and U.A.E in finalisation and assessment of their Tax return.
